Text messages sent from Notifications use prepaid SMS credits.
- Open SMS balance to see remaining credits and rate per SMS.
- Submit a top-up request or pay online if checkout is enabled.
- Wait for approval or payment confirmation before sending large batches.
Email notifications do not use SMS balance but require valid student email addresses.
