Courses and batches

Courses

A course is a subject or program (for example, HSC Physics, Spoken English). Create courses before batches.

1. Open Courses → Add course.
2. Enter name, description, and fee settings if applicable.
3. Save.

Batches

A batch is a running class group under a course (for example, Physics Morning Batch A). Each batch has a teacher, schedule, and room.

1. Open Batches → Add batch.
2. Select the course, assign a teacher, set capacity, and weekly class times.
3. Save. Students are linked through Enrollments, not only from the batch screen.
