Managing students

Open Students from the sidebar to add, edit, or deactivate learners.

Add a student

  1. Click Add student (or similar).
  2. Fill in name, email, phone, and other required fields.
  3. Save. If the email is new, a password is emailed automatically. The student must change it on first login.
  4. If the email already belongs to a student at another centre, they are linked to your centre with the same login — no new password unless notifications are enabled.

Edit or deactivate

Open a student's profile to update details or stop access. Use Reset password if they cannot sign in; a new password is sent by email.

Bulk import

Use Bulk import to upload many students from a spreadsheet template. Download the template first, fill it in Excel, then upload and confirm.
