Publish news visible to students and teachers inside the app.

Open Announcements → Create.
Write title and body. Set audience (all, students only, or teachers only) if the form allows.
Publish. Users see items in their Announcements menu.

Pair important announcements with Notifications (email/SMS) for urgent messages.
